Delivery charges

Standard delivery costs £4.99. Orders over £50.00 qualify for free standard delivery. The exact delivery charge is always shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to: United Kingdom, Ireland. If you would like us to deliver somewhere else, please get in touch and we will see what we can do.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched once your payment has been confirmed. We aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days, and standard delivery usually takes 2-4 working days after dispatch. Larger items, such as beds and scratching posts, can occasionally take a little longer.

Tracking your order

When your order leaves us we send you an e-mail with a tracking reference. You can also find it on the order page in your account at any time.

Problems with a delivery

If your parcel is late, damaged or incomplete, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will put it right as quickly as we can.
