Changed your mind?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. After you tell us you want to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us. Please return items unused and in their original packaging.

How to return something

1. E-mail [email protected] with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. We will send you the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the items securely and send them back. Please keep your proof of postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return we refund the price of the goods, and the original standard delivery charge if you cancel the whole order, to the card you paid with. Refunds normally appear within 5-10 working days, depending on your bank.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us as soon as you can and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage.

Hygiene items

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened litter, food, treats or cleaning products unless they are faulty.
