About us

petcare-4u is an online pet shop built around one simple idea: looking after your cats and dogs should be easy, affordable and stress-free.

What we sell

We stock the everyday essentials: litter and litter accessories for cats, comfortable beds, treats, toys and travel gear for dogs, and a pet-safe cleaning range for homes that share their space with animals. If we would not be happy to use a product with our own pets, it does not make it onto the shelf.

What we stand for

• Honest prices. Delivery is shown in your basket before you pay, with no surprises at the end.
• Secure payments. You enter your card details on Stripe's secure payment page; they never touch our servers.
• Clear paperwork. Every order gets a proper invoice and receipt by e-mail, and all your orders live in your account.
• Real people. If something is not right, a member of our team will reply, not a robot.
