These terms explain how orders placed with petcare-4u ("we", "us") work. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Our products and prices

Prices are shown in GBP and include any VAT that applies. We take care to describe and price our products accurately. If we find a pricing error after you order, we will contact you before dispatching anything.

2. Placing an order

When you place an order and your payment is confirmed, we e-mail you a confirmation and invoice. A contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch your goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, and if we do we will refund anything you paid.

3. Payment

Payment is taken in full by card when you place your order. Cards are processed by Stripe on its secure page; we never see or store your full card number or security code. Discount codes can be used once per order and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Delivery

Delivery charges, countries and estimated times are set out on our delivery page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.

5. Cancellation and returns

Your rights to cancel and return goods are described on our returns page. They do not affect your statutory rights.

6. Faulty goods

If goods are faulty or not as described you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under consumer law. Please contact us as soon as possible.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Pet health

Our products are not a substitute for veterinary advice. If you are worried about your pet's health, please consult a vet. Always read and follow the instructions on the packaging.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you order applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which petcare-4u is registered, and the courts of that country will have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
